Security Deposit: $50.00; will be returned after check out and after determining that the rented unit(s) has(have) not been damaged.
Taxes and Fees: $15.00 booking fee per reservation plus 13.00% tax.
Charges for extra people: $5.00 per night for each extra person up to maximum occupancy.
Rates for children: No charge for children five years or under, but they do count toward maximum occupancy.
